Day 2 Paleo

Breakfast:

SP Complete Dairy free shake with coconut milk, sunflower seeds, and a plum.

Snack:
Cut up apples and baby carrots

Lunch:

Apple, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, on top of mixed greens, with Walden's GF Italian dressing with left over bacon bits (from Day 1 breakfast). It was so yummy I had two platefuls!

Snack:

Left over meatloaf and cauliflower rice

Dinner:

Slow Cooked Dry Rubbed Chicken (recipe in the "Everyday Paleo" book). SO FRIGGIN YUMMY!
Left over Cauliflower Rice. I made a HUGE batch on Day 1. All 4 of my family members gave this dish a huge thumbs up. It was a little spicy for my son, but both kids ate it anyways.

Snack:

SP Complete Dairy free shake, water, ground flax seeds, and boysenberries.
